We recommend that appointments for Facials, Massages, and packages be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific requests. However, walk-ins are always welcome.

Arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to enjoy your treatments.

Please be advised that if you are late your appointment will end at the scheduled time so the next guest is not inconvenienced.

Credit card information is required to reserve appointments.

Cancellation policy:

Due to high demand of appointments, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notification for any changes or cancellations. Reservations cancelled or changed with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to full charge.

Gratuities:

Gratuity for work is appreciated. We recommend a range from 15-20% of the price of the service provided.

Etiquette:

All Inclusive Day Spa is a retreat from the outside world, In order to maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phones.

Children accompanied by an adult are permitted only if receiving a service.
